A reliable daily structure is the foundation for restful sleep. If you haven’t booked the Sleepy Mini package yet, please arrange a free introductory call first. This allows me to assess individually whether your little one is already ready for this next step.

Sleepy Diary

After booking your appointment, you’ll receive your digital Sleepy Diary, which you’ll keep for seven days. I’ll then evaluate it for you so we can specifically address your situation and develop suitable strategies.

Sleepy Analysis

We’ll discuss your current bedtime situation so I can fully understand your individual circumstances. This allows us to focus on your needs in the Sleepy Coaching Session. (approxx. 30 min)

Sleepy Coaching Session 1

In this coaching session, we’ll develop individual strategies to lovingly support your little one step by step at bedtime. We’ll integrate gentle soothing methods into your daily routine and carefully adapt them to your family’s specific bedtime situation. (approx. 45 min)

Sleepy Coaching Session 2

In the second coaching session, we reflect on your progress so far. We discuss the next steps – regardless of whether you’ve already implemented everything or are still in the middle of the process. This way, you can continue independently at your own rhythm and pace afterwards. (approx. 30 min)

Sleepy Journey – 3 Weeks

Restful sleep takes time – that’s why I’ll accompany you for three weeks on your Sleepy Journey. In your digital Sleepy Diary, you’ll document daily life, which I can access at any time. This way, I can follow your progress step by step and add direct feedback and impulses in the diary to reliably support you along the way.

Sleepy Mini Check-in

The short Sleepy Mini Check-in can be booked flexibly during the coaching period. It’s ideal for clarifying small questions, addressing uncertainties, and receiving quick, practical input. (15 min)

Sleepy Follow-up

In the final conversation after three weeks, we’ll reflect on your progress together. Some goals may already have been achieved, while others may need a little more time – and that’s a completely normal part of your personal Sleepy Journey. We’ll discuss how you can adjust the strategies if necessary and how to continue independently in your own rhythm. This way, you’ll move forward feeling confident and well-prepared. (approx. 20 min)
