Sleepy Night Balance
Your little one already falls asleep independently and is able to connect sleep cycles, but the nights are still restless and often interrupted by frequent feedings? Together, we’ll take a close look at your current situation and develop a gentle strategy to gradually adjust nighttime feeding habits.
Sleepy Essentials
This package is only suitable if your little one is at least 8 months old, falls asleep independently, and is already able to connect sleep cycles. The focus of this offer is exclusively on the gradual reduction of nighttime feedings – all other sleep aspects should already be stable.
If it becomes clear during the analysis session that the requirements are not yet met, we will switch together to an alternative package that better fits your current needs.
Sleepy Diary
After booking your appointment, you’ll receive your digital Sleepy Diary, which you’ll keep for seven days. I’ll then analyze it for you so we can specifically address your situation and develop tailored strategies.
Sleepy Analysis
We’ll review your nights in detail so I can fully understand your individual situation. This allows us to address your needs directly in the Sleepy Coaching Session. (approx. 30 min)
Sleepy Coaching Session 1
Together, we’ll develop strategies to gently help your little one gradually adapt their nighttime feeding habits. (approx. 45 min)
Sleepy Coaching Session 2
In the second coaching session, we reflect on your progress so far. We discuss the next steps – regardless of whether everything has already been implemented or you are still in the middle of the process. This way, you can then continue independently at your own rhythm and pace. (approx. 30 min)
Sleepy Journey – 4 Weeks
Restful sleep takes time – that’s why I’ll accompany you for four weeks on your Sleepy Journey. In your digital Sleepy Diary, you’ll document daily life, which I can access at any time. This way, I can follow your progress step by step and add direct feedback and input in the diary to reliably support you along the way.
Sleepy Mini Check-ins
Two short Sleepy Mini Check-ins are included in the Sleepy Coaching. These can be booked flexibly during the coaching period – ideal for clarifying small questions, addressing uncertainties, and receiving quick input. (15 min each)
Sleepy Follow-up
In the final conversation after four weeks, we’ll reflect on your progress together. Some goals may already have been achieved, while others may need a little more time – and that’s a completely normal step on your personal Sleepy Journey. We’ll discuss how you can adjust the strategies if necessary and how to continue independently in your own rhythm. This way, you’ll move forward feeling confident and well-prepared. (approx. 20 min)
